We are committed to shipping orders promptly! Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and to start tracking.
Please double check your shipping and contact information at checkout. Changes to your order may not always be possible after order placement.
Winsome is not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit or packages sent to an incorrect address wrongfully input at time of order. All tracking questions and requests should be directed to USPS/UPS customer service.
Online Returns:
Not happy with your purchase? No worries! We accept returns for your money back within 10 calendar days of the delivery date of your online orders.
* This policy also applies to pick-up orders. Please pick up your order within 10 business days or reach out to change your shipping method. Orders not picked up within 10 business days are final sale or exchangeable for store credit.

All tags must remain attached and in their original packaging.

Merchandise with tags removed in any way will not be eligible for refund.

Rules & Restrictions:
To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below and contact hello@shopwinsome.com for your return shipping label.
- Reach out to us at HELLO@SHOPWINSOME.COM for your return shipping label.
- Pack your return and order copy in the original box it was received in and securely attach the shipping label.
- Drop off your return within 48 hours of receiving the return label.
- Allow 7-10 business days for credits to be returned to original form of payment.
