Refund policy
Online Returns:
Not happy with your purchase? No worries! We accept returns on eligible items for your money back within 10 calendar days of the delivery date.
This policy also applies to pick up orders. Please pick up your order within 10 business days or reach out to change your shipping method. Orders not picked up within 10 business days are final sale or exchangeable for store credit.
In-Store Returns:
All clothing items purchased in-store are eligible for return within 14 calendar days and may be exchanged for store credit. Store credit never expires and can be used online or in-store.
Clothing Items are eligible for return if:

Items are unworn/unused/unwashed.

Items are free of damage, makeup, stains and odors.

All tags remain attached and items are in their original packaging.

Merchandise with tags removed in any way will not be eligible for refund.

- Jewelry & Accessories
- Candles
- Paper products
- Face Masks
- Bodysuits/Undergarments
- All discounted and sale merchandise
Rules & Restrictions:
To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below and contact hello@shopwinsome.com for your return shipping label.
- Reach out to us at HELLO@SHOPWINSOME.COM for your return shipping label.
- Pack your return and order copy in the original box it was received in and securely attach the shipping label.
- Drop off your return within 48 hours of receiving the return label.
- Allow 7-10 business days for credits to be returned to original form of payment.
